ABOUT THE FRAMEWORK
Developed by Dr Esther Joosa (PhD),the observation framework draws on more than three decades of professional practice, research, and observation across education, the arts, play, and inclusive practice, including work alongside neurotypical and neurodiverse children, families, educators, and communities in Singapore and the wider Asian region.
The resource is intended to support observation and reflection. It is not a diagnostic or developmental assessment tool.
